Our garrigue honeys take you to the heart of the sunny, fragrant landscapes of the Mediterranean.

The garrigue is a unique ecosystem, characterised by dense and varied vegetation made up of aromatic plants such as thyme, rosemary, lavender and wild thyme. It’s in this wild, unspoilt environment that our bees gather their honey, passionately producing exceptional honeys.

Each jar in our range represents an authentic taste adventure. From thyme honey, delicately scented with woody notes, to rosemary honey, intense and floral, to lavender honey, subtle and delicate, our selection is a veritable hymn to the diversity and richness of the garrigue.
